Don't u know customer is always right?
你打开门口做生意就是 TO MEET CUSTOMERS' NEEDS AND WANTS.

Even though u might have disagreement with customer, but don't u know u still have to reply them in a polite way, and try to sort out if there is any other solution. Not shouting / yelling / scolding/ whatever thing in front of a customer, as customers are always RIGHT!
I'm wondering that do u how to know operate a business? IF u are not a university student (didn't learn Marketing/ Customer Relationship these subjects b4)but it is common sense ok? The basic rule in business world is "customer is always right".
A successful entrepreneur may not be a degree/ master / PHD holder. Don't misunderstand that I'm discriminating anyone who are not uni students. Just your attitude aunty!

I will not involved any argument with u, it will just like "woman shouting on the street" （泼妇骂街）, and it will just lower my standard only.
Although i m also not consider a very high class people, but i think compare with u in terms of attitude/ behavior, i think i'm just a very-high-class person than u much much many many more!凸
